Alles, was Leute vor ihrem ersten Lio fragen. Noch unsicher? Wir beantworten jede Nachricht selbst.
Was ist Lio?
Keine Hitze. Keine Spule. Keine Flüssigkeit. Pflaster kümmern sich ums Nikotin. Lio kümmert sich ums Ritual.
Original, Plus oder Pro?
Original – schlichtes Holz, offenerer Zug. Ein Ende des Cores auffasern.
Plus – Innenrohr aus Stahl + FlowDots. Klarerer Geschmack, einstellbarer Zug. Bester Erstkauf.
Pro – engster Zug. Nur hohle Pro-Cores verwenden. Am nächsten an einem festeren Zug.
Stört dich der Holzgeschmack? Nimm Plus oder Pro. Willst du mehr Kick im Hals? Pro + Minze.
Was ist drin?
Gerät: FSC-Olive oder Walnuss. Keine Batterie. Keine Spule. Plus und Pro haben zusätzlich ein Edelstahlrohr.
Cores: lebensmittelechte Faser + Pflanzenöle (Pfefferminze, schwarzer Pfeffer, Zimt, Orange und andere Pflanzenextrakte). Kein Nikotin. Kein Tabak. Kein E-Liquid.
Unbenutzte Cores verschlossen lagern.
Meistens:
- Frucht-Core statt Minze
- Falscher Core fürs Gerät (regular vs Pro)
- Original-Core nicht aufgefasert
- Core schon trocken
Stärkste Kombi: Pro + Minty Magic oder Peppery Mint.
Am ersten Tag immer noch nichts? Das ist oft ein Defekt. Wir ersetzen ihn.
Wohin liefert ihr, und wie schnell?
Verpackt in den Niederlanden. Kostenloser Versand mit Sendungsverfolgung in der EU und UK.
Verpackt am selben oder nächsten Werktag. NL / nahes EU-Ausland oft in 1–3 Tagen.

Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.3 / 5 from 1400 reviews.
I an veru happy to find this perfect substitute for cigarettes and my life is healthier due to my new breathing 🙏🏼🍀.
The perfect companion for total serenity I recently discovered the Lio inhaler, and it has been a true revelation. The device itself is stunning; you can immediately feel the superior craftsmanship and the attention to detail. It is a robust, elegant tool that feels great in your hand. What truly sets it apart are the essential oil cartridges. They are made from certified, strictly controlled, and 100% organic oils. You have the guarantee of a pure product that respects both your health and the environment. It has become my essential ritual during stressful moments. The experience is wonderful: just one breath is enough to feel immediate relief. If you are looking for a natural, high-quality way to relax in your daily life, I highly recommend it. A pure pleasure!
Great so far! It's ultimately a pacifier for adults, but hey, who cares as long as you don't need/want to smoke.
This little device stopped me vaping! Over 3 weeks in with no nicotine replacement and im feeling the benefit. I have way more energy than I ever did while vaping or smoking and can't believe I've actually stopped! I never thought I would. If you feel the same but want to quit, try this.
I was smoking heated tobacco sticks and vaping. I have been using lio for a few days now and have not vaped once. The plan is to start cutting down then eventually stop the heated tobacco sticks. As I have just started using lio I have not tried all the flavours in my pack but the one I have tried Minty Magic is so good. All I can say is so far so good.
So excited to try the orange flavour. The minty cores provide a perfect hit for up.to 3 days so im sure this will be roughly the same.
من متن رو به صورت ساختاریافته (همراه با نقاط قوت و ضعف) نوشتم تا خوندنش برای بقیه راحت باشه و دقیقاً حس و تجربه واقعی شما رو منتقل کنه: ### **Honest Review: A great help for quitting vaping, but avoid certain flavors!** I have been using the **Lio** quit-smoking/vaping device for about a month now. I used to be a heavy vaper, but thanks to this product, I haven't vaped a single time since I started using it! **Pros:** * **Highly Effective:** It genuinely helped me stop vaping completely. * **Simple & Clean:** It has a very simple design and, according to the manufacturer, is a healthy and safe alternative. **Cons / Things to Consider:** * **Flavor Issues:** It comes in 6 different flavors, but I strongly dislike the three I attached in the photo (Orange, Mango, and Raspberry). The Orange flavor, in particular, felt very oily and tasted awful. Honestly, I can't bring myself to use any of these three flavors again. * **Small Pack Size:** Each pack only contains 3 pieces. Since you need to change them roughly every two days, a 3-pack runs out way too fast. * **Cigarette Smokers:** While it works wonders for quitting vaping, I am not sure if it is as effective for people trying to quit traditional cigarettes. **Conclusion:** Overall, I am highly satisfied with this product and think it is a highly effective tool for quitting vaping—just stay away from the three flavors I mentioned! **My Tip:** I highly recommend buying the **Generation 2 (Gen 2)** version of this product, as I think the design is much better.
Super!! It tru my helps you stop with vape. Lio allows you to keep the gesture and the flavour but without putting rubbish in your lungs. The flavour of the cores is intense and it lasts ever more than 3 days. Really much approved!!
Hi! I just got the Breathlio and I’m really happy with it. It’s simple to use and it helps me practice my breathing every day. I like that it’s small and easy to carry, so I can use it anytime. So far it’s been a really good experience!
I’m now on my 4 day using Lio (still on the first core!) and I haven’t touched my vape or a cigarette ever since. With the new Lio Plus I can adjust the airflow and the one I picked out really does calm down the craving. I’m feeling overall more energetic and less tied to my nicotine addiction, it is amazing! I’m recommending it to anyone I know who’s planning on quitting smoking. Great job you guys!
So I never thought I would leave a review on this actually working 3 weeks later, I did go into it a bit skeptical. But look at me almost 30 days in and I'm proud to say this is the first time since I started smoking that I've gone this long without a cigarette and honestly I don't think I will ever go back. This is literally a lifesaver and I'm very proud of myself and grateful to whoever came up with this. I cant believe it was this easy and now I sound like an infomercial. Lol. One breathe at a time.
Grazieee!

Store owner replied: Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re incredibly happy to hear that LIO has been such a helpful part of your journey to quit smoking. We really appreciate you sharing your experience and your support!
Store owner replied: Sorry to hear that LIO didn’t provide the flavour or sensation you were looking for. Please reach out to our customer service team so we can look into this with you.
Ich finde die Aromen nicht intensiv genug
Store owner replied: Sorry to hear the flavours aren’t intense enough for you. Please reach out to our customer service team so we can look into this with you.
Best thing ever
Store owner replied: Great to hear that LIO is helping you stay away from nicotine and that you find it relaxing. Thanks for sharing your experience!
Store owner replied: Great to hear Mint is working so well for you! It’s one of our strongest flavours and we’re happy you’re enjoying the throat sensation and refreshing aftertaste. Thanks for sharing your experience!
Lio® Everything Pack (51% OFF)

It’s 5 days I’m not svaping anymore. I already feel better!
Store owner replied: Thank you! We’re glad you appreciate the innovative approach behind LIO. It’s great to hear you see it as a refreshing alternative rather than another copy of a cigarette.
Store owner replied: Wat vreemd.
I quit smoking 4 years ago but remained addicted to Nicorette inhaler with 15 mg nicotine. This is not sold in my country anymore so i looked for something else. I am surprised this nicotine free option is pretty good 👍 I wish I had known about this option when I quit smoking. I am finally rid of my nicotine addiction ✊🏼
