So I never thought I would leave a review on this actually working 3 weeks later, I did go into it a bit skeptical. But look at me almost 30 days in and I'm proud to say this is the first time since I started smoking that I've gone this long without a cigarette and honestly I don't think I will ever go back. I love my lio. It's tactile and great to have in the hand. I've used the mint so far and although nothing can replace smoking for me my lio is creating a new kind of healthy habit when I need it. Na 48 jaar 20 sigaretten per dag gerookt te hebben in 1 keer gestopt met Lio. Het vervangt de gewoonte van de handeling. Cold Turkey rookt als een menthol sigaret.
