Money-back guarantee

Give Lio a genuine 30 days.

A new ritual needs a real run, so we ask one thing first. If Lio isn't your fit, your money-back window opens on day 30 and stays open through day 37 after delivery.

  • Your money-back window runs from day 30 through day 37 after delivery. Requests may be submitted at any point within it.
  • The first 30 days are the trial period — requests fall within the day 30–37 window, not before.
  • You return your Lio to us. You arrange and pay for return shipping; a prepaid label is not provided. We share the return address on request.
  • Once your return is received and approved, we refund the full value of your order to your original payment method.
  • Applies to your first order only, including promotional and discounted first orders. Your welcome offer does not affect your guarantee.

Standard 14-day returns Unopened

Separate from the guarantee, we accept returns on any unopened, fully sealed items within 14 days of delivery, including repeat orders.

  • Devices must have all box seals and stickers intact. Cores must remain sealed in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened devices or opened cores outside the money-back guarantee.
  • Bundles such as Journey Packs must be returned complete and sealed; partial returns are not accepted, as a bundle is a single product.

EU — 14-day right of withdrawal

Orders shipped within the EU may be cancelled or returned within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. This right is in addition to the guarantee above.

UK — 14-day cancellation right

Orders shipped within the UK may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving your goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. The same condition requirements apply, and this right is in addition to the guarantee.

Return shipping

For all returns — the guarantee, standard 14-day returns, and EU/UK statutory returns — you arrange and pay for return shipping. A prepaid label is not provided, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend a tracked service, as refunds are processed only once the item reaches us. Please email support@breathelio.com for the correct return address before sending anything back.

The Flow subscription

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your account portal; it takes only a few steps. As orders are prepared quickly, those already shipped are not eligible for a refund. Please cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

Damaged, defective or incorrect

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact support@breathelio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description, and clear photos. We will evaluate it and make it right. Please retain all items and packaging until the matter is resolved.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards are non-returnable. Opened items are non-returnable outside of the money-back guarantee.

Refunds & processing

Once your request is received and reviewed, we will confirm whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval without the refund appearing, please contact support@breathelio.com.

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. If that method is no longer valid, we will issue store credit instead.
